Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026. This document is a framework and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use.

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds are handled. It is a framework to be finalized with qualified counsel.

1. Cancellation

A client may cancel an engagement by notice. Cancellation takes effect on receipt. Work performed up to the cancellation date may be charged in accordance with the engagement agreement.

2. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work and the terms in the engagement agreement. Fixed-fee assessments are generally non-refundable once commenced. Deposits toward unbilled work may be refundable subject to incurred costs.

3. Disputed Charges

Disputed charges are reviewed through the complaints procedure. We do not impose charges based on fabricated claims, and any charge must correspond to work performed or deliverables delivered.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
